DIY Spring Printable Sign

For this project you will need:

~Surface of choice

~Antique white paint

~Mod Podge

~Spring printable-You can purchase the one I used HERE from my Etsy shop.

~Jute rope

~Buttons

The sign I am using for this project is one I found on clearance at Hobby Lobby. I always take a stroll down the clearance isle just in case I can find little signs like this to use for my crafts. I used a sanding block to sand off the a majority of the black letters.

I then painted the inside of the frame with my antique white paint to cover up the remaining black so it wouldn’t show through once I mod podged my printable down.

Next, I cut down my printable to fit inside the frame and used mod podge to adhere it to my surface.

I then took some jute rope and glued it around the inside of my frame to give it a more finished look.

Last but not least, I added brown buttons topped with smaller pink buttons in all four corners of my sign.
