Cheesy Low Carb Egg Bites

You will need:

~8 eggs

~4 slices bacon

~2 turkey cheddar sausages

~1/3 cup milk

~3/4 cup cheddar jack shredded cheese

~1/4 cup picante sauce/salsa

~SPG(salt, pepper,garlic)

~tsp everything bagel seasoning

~onion powder

I decided to start making my own egg bites instead of paying $3-5 for two of them! Who’s with me? Now, don’t get me wrong, if I happen to be traveling and I am at a Starbucks I may still splurge on some of their egg bites. But, for the most part I like to make these to have on hand and save a few dollars!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

These egg bites are super easy to make! Simply cook your bacon and sausage(I like to cook mine in the air fryer) and combine all the ingredients. Spray muffin tins with cooking spray. I like to use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to fill each one. You can always alter the recipe if you are wanting to make more or less egg bites. This recipe makes 12 muffin size egg bites.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

I typically put half of them in the refrigerator and the other half in the freezer to save for later. Enjoy!

Cheesy 3 Meat Egg Bake

You will need:






~Shredded cheese of choice

~Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Chives, Minced Onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

First off, I cook and prepare my meats. I used about 1/2 cup of each kind of meat.

While the bacon and sausage are cooking, I crack 12 eggs in a bowl. I add 1/2 cup of milk, salt, pepper, garlic, minced onion, chives, and shredded cheese and beat well. I like to use the Mac & Cheese blend shredded cheese from Walmart, but any kind will work. Stir in your meats.

Pour in a greased pie dish or baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until casserole is set.

Can you say delicious?! This is a great low carb breakfast if you are trying to watch your calories or if you have wrestlers in the house like me! haha!

Grands Biscuit Glazed Donuts

I have to share the easiest donut recipe with you! These are so delicious and super easy to make! The kiddos love to help with these too, which makes for a fun treat!

You will need:

~Grands biscuits

~Oil for frying

~4 tbsp. butter

~1/2 cup milk

~3 cups powdered sugar

~1 tsp. vanilla

The first step is to cut the center out of the biscuits. While you are doing this step you will want to get your oil preheating. I would say around 300 degrees is about right. I like to use the measuring cup from a bottle of medicine for this step. One can of biscuits will give you 8 donut holes and 8 regular donuts.

For the glaze, you will want to add your butter and milk to a saucepan. Once the butter is melted you then whisk in your powdered sugar and vanilla.

Now it’t time to fry up your donuts! I start with my donut holes. These only take about 1 minute per side. Take them directly out of the oil and toss them in the glaze mixture. So stinkin’ yummy you guys!

Repeat this same process for the regular donuts.

How good do these look?! These are a must try for sure! You could also frost them if your family prefers that option as well.
