Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Sourdough Discard Cookies

You will need:

1 C. Butter

1/2 C. Sugar

1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar

1/2 C. Sourdough Discard

2 Eggs

3 Tsp. Vanilla

4 C. Flour

1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp. Salt

1 C. Choc Chips

1 C. Butterscotch Chips

Directions:

~Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

~Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, and sourdough discard. Add in eggs and vanilla.

~Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.

~Add dry ingredients into cream mixture a little at a time until all incorporated.

~Mix in baking chips.

~Drop by tablespoon onto uncreased cookie sheet.

~Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Recipe makes 4 dozen cookies.

For a yummy spin on these cookies, add in 1/4 cup of your favorite peanut butter! SO YUMMY!
