Do you have old planter/pots laying around your not sure what to do with or maybe you just need to brighten them up a bit? Turn them from drab to fab in no time with this quick idea!
I am not a huge navy blue fan but these pots were still in great shape so I thought why not just spruce them up a bit and give them some love!
All you need for this project is a little spray paint and a pot and your set!
Once I had my pots all cleaned up, I went to town spray painting the pots! I used the Rust-oleum French Lilac and Seaside Satin colors for my pots! I absolutely love how this color turned out! I did two coats on each pot letting each coat dry for 15 minutes.
Looking better already right? Once I had applied both of my coats of paint and let the pots fully dry, it was time to add the glitter! If you have never used the Rust-oleum glitter paint…you are missing out! This stuff is awesome! It was just the touch these pots needed to finish them off!
Once your glitter has dried you will want to spray your pots with a clear coat to protect them. You are now ready to fill your pots with soil and plant your favorite flowers!
So…what do you guys think? I had been trying to think of something I could do to brighten up my rock bed in the front of my house and this was the perfect project to do that!
