Dollar Tree Easter Egg Wreath

You may have remembered me saying recently that I had been to my local Dollar Tree for over a month. However, when I finally went, I was very surprised to see all of the changes and new items they had! Definitely an upgrade from what the had before as far as the decor and crafting supplies go. This is a super fun and easy Easter wreath using almost all Dollar Tree items!

You will need:

*Wire egg form-Dollar Tree

*Chunky white yarn-Hobby Lobby

*Decorative Easter eggs-Dollar Tree

*Decorative picks-Dollar Tree

*Ribbon-Dollar Tree

I ended up not using the larger eggs pictured above.

The first thing I did was take my chunky yarn and wrap it around my egg form. I simply hot glued my starting point to the egg form and continued wrapping the yarn around securing with hot glue as needed. As you can see, I used white yarn but any Spring color would be cute!

Once I had my wreath completely wrapped with yarn I pulled all of the eggs off of my picks and glued them around the egg leaving an opening at the bottom for my bow.

Next, I took the berry looking picks and cut pieces of each color off of the stem to use as fillers between the eggs I just glued on.

This is how it looks once everything is glued on. Of course you could always tweak it and make it your own by adding more to it but I deciding to leave mine like this!

Now for the bow. I found this super cute ribbon at Dollar Tree also. I simply took four pieces of this ribbon cut at roughly 5 inches wide and stacked them on top of each other. I used a skinny piece of ribbon and tied it tightly in the center of the ribbons. I then fanned my bow out, glued it on my wreath, and added another piece of the berry pick to the center to finish it off!

So, what do you think? Easy, cute and budget friendly! You can’t go wrong with this one!
